Super Suds Car & Dog Wash

The quality of wash seems to have recently changed. I drove through the wash twice with a mildly dusty vehicle and it did not come clean. The pre wash spray that they used to do was so much better than the side spray they do now. The back doesn’t get the pre wash spray at all now and for an SUV driver that definitely matters.

Attendant was very friendly and helpful. But -2 stars as the "Soft cloth wash" definitely was not soft. Would go again only if I didn't care about my car's paint. :(

Despite being a grown ass man, I’ve never used a car wash before. But because I’m a very busy grown ass man these days, I didn’t have time to bust out my power washer from the back of my garage and clean the winter grime off my lease vehicle before returning it this week. So I looked into car washes near me, and Super Suds was the closest. I was considering just a basic single wash, but noticed they had a 5-wash package for a great price. But before I downloaded their app and signed up for an account, I had a few questions. I called and Dennis answered on the first ring. He was really friendly and answered all my questions. No BS and no upsell from the Basic package I wanted. He even recommended that since my car hadn’t been washed in a while that I use the soft cloth instead of touchless wash (same price). He also gave me a few other helpful tips, and recommended I swing by before 6pm if I wanted to make sure an attendant would be there to help me. So I came by right after work, and Joe was the attendant working. This guy was AWESOME! He walked me through everything from purchasing the package in the app to activating the wash, waiting outside the entrance of the bay with me unt

I pay monthly for the highest level of car wash, and I go there two times a month in the touchless program, and I love it. My car is clean, never had anything damaged, and usually the weights not too long. We've done four different car wash programs throughout the city, this one's my personal favorite.

I've been looking for a good touchless car wash so decided to give this place a try. First off, I noticed it was very overpriced. There was an attendant who did a prewash but failed to mention anything about the importance of folding in my mirrors. Apparently, this is very important so you would think they would alert you of it. When I finally saw the warning sign, I was already entering the car wash and have to fold manually so I tried to position my truck in the middle but the machine definitely scraped my mirror on the first pass and then hit me even harder on the 2nd pass -- to where my truck actually moved. The doors were closed so I had to reposition my truck so it would stop scraping it. When I got out, I realized there were scratches on my mirror and a nice dent in my passenger side door where the machine hit my truck but the person I spoke to (Dennis) denied that my truck moved (after watching the video) and told me someone must have hit it prior to the wash. I think the biggest thing that upset me is the fact he was very quick to dismiss the damage and denied the fact that my truck moved, after watching it on video. Clearly, he did not investigate it much, if at all. Unfo
